Chorizo Sausage

My fresh chorizo sausages are made with British outdoor reared and high welfare pork, sold individually.

A fine accompaniment to a chicken dish or to add great flavour to any pasta dish or stew.

For best results, blanch the Chorizo until the temperature reaches and stays at 80 degrees celcius for 6 seconds.
